Working out=happiness

I’ve been feeling really lost lately, and the only reason I am still okay is because I have been focusing on my fitness. I sit at a desk all day and I am hating it. I am a pretty active person, so I find it really hard to just do nothing. So, as soon as I get home, I put on my gear, some hot jams, and then I go at it. Now I live for the endorphins.

Today’s workout was extra good. I was really feeling it today, and pushed really hard. Then I listened to Drake and had a post-workout dance sesh. I have really been needing these moments lately. My work is unfulfilling, I haven’t been able to see my friends or my boyfriend, and I keep getting rejected from jobs. Life just sucks sometimes. But you have to push through it.

Sometimes you need to take selfies and listen to your favourite music to create your own happiness.
